I tore my shoulder rotatory cuff and Dr Khubchandani put me back together. That was over 2 years ago and my shoulder is still doing great. He is extremely thorough and his staff is very courteous. He was very patient and made sure I had a clear understanding of what was going on. I never felt rushed. He encouraged me to ask questions and to write them down ahead of time so that all of my questions and concerns were addressed... very rare these days! Since then, I have gone back to see him several times for other issues (my knee, my son's knee) and have been equally impressed. I cannot say enough good things about him. I'll definitely go back to see Dr Khubchandani again if the need arises.

If you aren’t a world class athlete or a wealthy well-to-do then avoid this clinic because you will be spoken to with total disrespect and treated like a second rate citizen by their staff. The receptionist named Kate is a total airhead who will have you frustrated from the start with her total lack of anything that could be considered useful information. The medical assistant named Michelle is very condescending and starts every interaction, whether it be by phone or in person, with a level 5 attitude. Especially so when you are asking her to asking her to do her actual job. The physical therapists are semi-sweet, but absolutely wreak of that all too familiar, know it all attitude of completely undeserved superiority. I’ve frankly watched them spend more time planning their wedding, searching websites for a new home, and buying things for their pets online than I’ve seen them spend providing therapy. Collections will hold important documentation ransom until you pay an outstanding balance of

Arrived for first time physical therapy appointment and checked in with the receptionist. Receptionist instructed me to go on back to physical therapy. The problem is I had no idea were physical therapy was located and the receptionist was wore than willing to let me roam the office until I found the PT location. When I entered physical therapy I was greeted with "who are you"? Once I gave them my name I was told I needed to go back to the receptionist to fill out paperwork. The TIOS staff was not prepared for my appointment and they had no problem making their issues my problem. When I was clearly upset with how I was being treated instead of addressing the issue they made it seem I was being unreasonable. If I becoming upset because a professional service provider is not prepared for my appointment and they treat me as if I am at their disposal to run around their office while they give me instructions then yes I must be an unreasonable person. I promptly left TIOS and do not plan to ever return.

Dr. Wenger was amazing. I had dislocated my right shoulder after a nasty fall 2 days after Christmas and it was reset at the emergency room, 2 days later I already had an appointment with Dr. Wenger, my MRI was scheduled within 3 weeks and I had surgery to repair my shoulder exactly one month after my fall. He personally called after I was sent home to check on me. Because of him and my physical therapy I was able to get 100% mobility in my shoulder. His staff is wonderful as well. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. I highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Wenger for your kindness.
