I've been going to this place for a few years now. No more ! I called to set up an appt to have the bonding that popped of my front tooth fixed. It was done there and It was done my Mrs. Kevin 4 or 5 years ago at least. It had previously been bonded before she did it and had come of then. So the dentist was arguing with me as if I don't know what I had done. I remember well what was done. I was there ! Tells me later that I have to pay over $400 for the visit and file the insurance myself. I was perfectly willing to pay my part after insurance but not ALL......... $ comes first patient last .......

I've been going here since before they were actually in practice, when it was owned by a different dentist. Same employees for many decades which tells you a lot about how the operation is run. I've always had fair and professional service. Not the cheapest in town but I cannot complain about anything they've ever done over many, many years.

Been going here for 8 years since I moved to Raleigh after college. They've always done great work, (especially when one of my fillings from a previous dentist came loose) and have always been extremely nice and polite.

I heard great things about Dr arthur office. So I went to the dentist (eveyones favorite place lol) to get a cleaning and my yearly x-rays for cavities. Ok the lady that did my cleaning was outstanding and this would've been 5 stars if not for the actual dentist Dr Rogers and the shady service after the fact. Dr Rogers came in after my cleaning and barely spoke to me other than telling me to stick my tongue out. When he was done I had to ask what he was doing.. lol. Then he tells me to come back in a couple months and starts to leave. I had to stop him and ask about my x-rays and cavities if I had any or not. He just says " I didn't see any. We'll look again when you come back"..?? What.. Ok whatever. I leave and the lady at the desk sets my next appointment and I leave. Well a week later (today) their office calls me and tells.me everything was filed but my cleaning (which is covered completely by my insurance ) was input and it was actually some kind of full mouth something. Basically they put it in differently so they get more money. So I tell her I went in for a cleaning and nobody said anything about it being anything other than a cleaning until a week later. She tells me I have to take it up with billing... What kind of place is this? Seems to me it's very bad business to have a customer come for one service then try to bill them for more services after the fact. Moral of this story. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE.. lol.. And if you do. Avoid Dr Rogers. You'll thank me later. And make them give you very specific paperwork saying what you are getting done. They gave me no paperwork at all. P.S. I still think I have a cavity. My tooth still hurts.. Thanks Dr Arthurs office.......
