Very rude and extremely controlling. They threaten to evict you over the dumbest little things and they don't give your security deposit back. I felt they were just looking for  something to complain about, I had more freedom living with my parents. Also they don't fix things that are broken. Overall a horrible experience renting from them and will never have anything to do with them again.

Move on!!! Find a better agency to rent from! Horrible experience with this agency. Hardly any communication.. When we tried reaching out to them about a few things that weren't functioning in the apartment when we moved in, they said they'd send someone out and never did. They ended up charging our security deposit for those things when we left. Of course! Very ignorant and rude staff all around. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone! Please do yourself a favor and check out the other local agencies!

They were very difficult to get in touch with and had a small amount of information to provide. A very appealing apartment did not matter as much to me because of how frustrating my ordeal with them was going, and it lasted over a month. They never showed up to a meeting that they had set up, and did not contact me with a cancellation. All in all, it was a complete waste of my time.

I was not able to rent an apartment I was extremely interested in due to lack of professional conduct from this agency.  They did not attend an appointment(no prior warning and no apology afterwards until I called the office several times and finally got a hold of the broker himself), rude behavior, overall neglect of responsibility and courtesy to me as a client. I suggest continuing to look elsewhere if this agency would be your property manager, realtor or involved in any real estate transaction whatsoever.

For the last 10 years the Yeager Agency (Brian and Vickie) have managed our property for us while we have worked overseas at a church mission hospital and in Public Health in Tanzania and Ethiopia.  They have handled all aspects: rent collection, repairs and maintenance, the leasing process and record keeping for us  in a very professional manner.  They have provided monthly account information and recommendations for repairs and maintenance via email.  I  highly recommend them.
