Great experience with this group. Last year we bought a second home and decided to check out Farmers (maybe the crazy commercials got our attention) and Scott gave us such a great deal that we switched to him for our primary residence as well. Great customer service also. Would definitely recommend.

I have not had to file a claim with them but I have had insurance through Schrum for Cars, house and RV. Every interaction has been great and they are very responsive if I call off hours.

Scott and his agency is very informative on all polices that he offers as well as different options that would suit needs either to enhance or reduce based upon risk.

This agency has impressed me from start to finish. They have worked to provide exceptional savings on both home and auto insurance while maintaining the same coverage as I currently had been receiving. I worked with James and he provided excellent customer service. He made the process very easy, was efficient and very responsive to answering all of my questions.
