I have been with Douple Agency for several years and personally work with Karen Poulos. She has been an absolute dream to work with! I have all of my policies through Erie and Karen made sure to tailor the policies to our needs. I can email or contact her in a 'pinch' and she ALWAYS gets back to me the same day, if not within the hour, with answers to my questions. I have recommended Karen personally to many people without hesitation. This is a top-notch agency with top-notch people! If you are looking for an insurance agency that you can trust and that cares about you .. look no further!

We can email or call an expect an answer quickly. We always feel you have our best interests when you give advice.  Particularly we like the end of year supplement search you do for us.  So many people are completely confused by this. Recently I was able to pass along why you advised the choice we made to my sister. You give understandable explanations.  thank you for your service of many, many years.

The Douple agency goes a step beyond.  My example was when I met with Anthony Richardson a few months before turning 65.  (He had previously come to our 55+ community and did an excellent presentation on Medicare).  I wanted a supplement that would pay for my gym membership.  I knew that the Lititz rec center took Silver Sneakers but I was considering a plan by Blue Cross that included Silver and Fit.  Instead of my having to check with the Rec Center, he called then right then and confirmed that they took Silver and Fit for free Rec Center membership.

Switched after years with another company. Very helpful in getting us a great rate for homeowners and auto. We will be saving hundreds a year, so very pleased!

Douple insurance is a great organization to work with. I transitioned to them a year ago from another agency that I had nothing but problems with and everything went very smoothly and they put my needs first and rewrote all my policies with no fault in coverage. 
So happy with them they provide excellent customer service and are very friendly and willing to help in any way.
