After having an unsatisfactory interaction with a generic FTD online service this morning I called Artistic Petals directly to arrange a bouquet for delivery to my daughter. Lorraine was efficient and helpful and a lovely, fragrant bouquet was delivered within 2.5 hrs to my daughter. 
Artistic Petals was also about 20% less expensive than FTD!  Really outstanding service. I will certainly use them again.

Absolutely positively the worst most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I placed an order online for same day delivery. I placed the order at 1:40 (the deadline being 3:00 for same day delivery). They called me and left me a message around 4:00. I called them back on both numbers they left and gave them two different apartments numbers they could deliver it to. The florist called me back after 7:00pm screaming at me stating that they didn't even attempt the delivery because they don't like the management in the building I was having them delivered to. I have things delivered to my mom all the time and management has never been an issue so not sure what this lady's issue was. Anyway as I am trying to speak with her and find out why she didn't go there she hung up on my THREE times. This woman is CRAZY, do NOT do business with her!!!!

Had a really strange experience -- walked into the store, which had an "Open" sign, but there was nobody inside. There was a radio on inside, and almost no flowers or other products visible in the store. I tried to find someone to help me, but there was nobody there. The store next door said that the owner was moving across town that day... but the door was open and sign was up.

Even if there had been someone there, the store was really odd -- almost no inventory, no organization, and slightly creepy.
