Bought a watch in April 2017 after 2 weeks I returned the watch because it kept running slow. She exchanged the battery and 2 weeks later it was running slow again. I returned the watch for a 2nd time and was told that they were going to talk to the representative. I returned today to pick up the watch and was told that it wasn't ready because she had been on vacation for a week. I asked for a credit, refund or a new watch and was told "no" because the watch had been bought discount so it was a final sale. However she told my wife at the time of purchase that if I didn't like the watch that I could exchange it. My family and I have been doing business with this establishment for over 20 years! I think that the handling of this situation is poor custimer service. My receipt was not marked final sale and now I am out of my money and still need a watch!

Replaced my watch battery for cheaper than I could find the battery. Girls are friendly and knowledgeable and the owner is very skilled in his craft.

This is a delightful store with exquisite jewelry and accessories.....impeccable service and a pleasure to shop! My New Favorite Store!

A great little store with good prices and a large selection of unique items. I stopped in for a minor watch repair and they were kind enough to do it for free. Skip the mall jewelers this year and visit a real community business, you will be glad you did!
