I did a in store return of $309.00 with a receipt Monday. I  was never told that Pandora takes 5 days to process their returns. This purchase was on a debit card. I am being told that it could even take up to a week in some cases. When you call the store your told to just keep waiting. I really don't understand the waiting process walmart is quicker. When I was in the store.  I simply wanted to do an exchange however, I was told that I couldn't purchase something on sale unless I refunded my whole order. They were having a new promotion with a free bangle. I decided to take advantage of it. I had just paid 100.00 dollars for one a week prior. I returned the items. I had just bought in an effort to save 100 bucks. I hope if nothing else comes of this people track the prices of their merchandise.

Bad  customer service . My sister bought me a bracelet here it wasn't even 30 days old but it came defective , I went to exchange it and the manager said it looks like this is  wear and tear I responded look at the receipt I got it not even a month ago and I wore it once notice the damage and placed it back in the box. She then told the employee to exchange it and he didn't even bother to clean it or asked me if i wanted to wear it just handed it back to me. I was going to buy another charm but decide I will buy it at cherry hill location I would have returned,  it but they asked for the card it was purchased on and since it was a present I didn't have it love pandora but this store would not get my bussiness

i tried to return the ring i bought after a week. I wore it once and put it in the box and the MANAGER said i can't. It clearly states that i can return it withn 30 days of purchase, but she didn't even accommodate me. Stare at the ring and said no, basically telling me that i was lying. Horrible customer service. Don't even waste your time going there.

Do not buy anything from this store unless you are 100% sure you want it. Once you walk out of the store it's yours forever.

Bought a ring and it broke 2 days later. I went back a few days later and tried to exchange it, they didn’t have the ring and the manager said they had one in stock but couldn’t get it until the following Sunday and he said they would call me.  They never called me so I went and returned it and will never buy anything from pandora. This is the third ring that I had that broke soon after I bought it
