I am changing banks as soon as possible. Cheats just took $100 from my account saying I withdrew too much. I was never told nor did I read that there was a withdrawl limit. With bills due, I am beyond infuriated. Apparently this is a "non-refundable" fee. Bye Arvest.

Recently pulled all of our accounts after years of business. Sneaky fees, hard to speak to someone at a branch via phone. Terrible customer service. Went in to a branch briefly on my lunch break and apparently is was the entire branchs' lunch break too, it was like a social hour!!...no one would even greet me! It takes no less than 10 minutes to deposit/cash checks via teller. They say their end of business is at 7, however you'll still have debits clear after that. They are Sneaky, the loan branch is the most bizarre I have ever experienced in my life! I'm so glad we chose to take our business elsewhere!
