Customer service is extremely slow. Nothing about Simmons is convenient either. What's the point in having a debit card if I put money into an atm and it sometimes takes them up to 3 days to clear the deposit! Finna go back to Arvest 🤘🏼✌🏼️

They remember my name and are always smiling when they greet me.  I've never had any problems with this bank.

The customer service is disinterested in its customers, and providing a great banking service. I used to have Liberty Bank, which was awesome, but unfortunately, this new bank is not very concerned in helping the customers. Terrible direct deposit policies, bad security measures, horrendous online navigation and access, and much much more.

The dehumanization of the banks best asset... It's Customer. Unfortunately for them they are just another bank! I'm but a mere number. I'm looking for a bank, which remember's I'm not just a number. I have feelings, if cut, I bleed.
