Smaller branch nice people.

Simply fed up with Arvest. Hidden fees popping up on your notifications and double charging for overdraft unnecessarily.  You will make a payment to correct the overdraft within 24-hours, yet they will say it's supposed to be done before midnight. Transactions never post on time, just because they wang you to cross that treshhold, so they can charge you extra. And they will explain that it is the system's fault instead of trying to resolve it.

Great policies! Most banks offer friendly service, but the policies are terrible. ARVEST does it different - great service and better policies. We've enjoyed being ARVEST customers for 14years now, and recently moved our business accounts over to them as well following a disagreement with the change of policies and ownership at our previous bank.
