Bought a 2004 Ford Freestar from them in March.  We were sort of in hard shape since our previous car was on its last legs and ready for a trip to the salvage yard.  The sales lady more than happily took nearly $800 off the cost of the van which should have had my radar on high alert since they were asking only $3800 for a $7000 van.  We were due at a family function in Tennessee in two days so didn't have the time to really give it a good looking over by a mechanic.  On the way there, the CV joint started to click and within 300 miles the check engine light came on.  CD player, also, has never worked.  Final outcome of it was that the check engine light was due to a shot egr valve.  Getting it back to my mechanic, I ended up having to replace the egr valve, a new lower intake manifold gasket, new plugs(insanely difficult to replace on this van.. took a mechanic 4 hours to replace them).  The rear brake calipers were seized up and had to be replaced along with rotors and pads.  Plus it eventually had to have the left side half axle replaced and a new alternator.  In addition to a weird ticking noise I can't locate whenever the heater or A/C are running.  All in all, my "great deal" has cost me nearly $2500 in repairs in less than 7 months.  Will never again go to these guys again and we're looking to replace our small car some time this winter.  No thanks, I'll take my money elsewhere from here on out.

edit: should have known better when a used car lot is owned by the same people who own a salvage yard.
