Just want to shout out on what great service you receive at Great Lakes Ford, had my Ford Escape tow in for repairs ,explained what was going on, signed my name and was in a loaner car within 15mins.with a time line of a day or so in repairs. Rode off happy and relieved all at the same time. By the way...don't have to worry about cost either, I got the 2yr extended warranty, just $100 deductible. 😊☺😉

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I've received on my Lincoln MKS. Every issue has been addressed, And taken care of. The staff in the service department are very respectful, And exhibit a high degree of professionalism. Keep up the good work

This dealership is the best dealership ever. They have always taken care of us and treated us with respect and honesty. I cannot say enough about Mark LaFountain and his employees and his dedication to his customers.
