Stopped in here while waiting for paperwork to go through at another RV dealer down the street. Found a camper we liked better than the one we had decided on with the help of Mike. He put some numbers together for us to look through and told us to give him a call if we had any questions.  We looked through everything overnight and decided if we hadn't heard from the other dealer by the next day, we would begin the process again with Muskegon RV. Needless to say, we have still not received a call back or response to numerous messages left with the other dealer (over a week now). We came back to visit Mike the next day and purchased our brand new rig. Service was excellent. Everything from sales, service, and finance was wonderful and painless. They even delivered and helped us with setup for the first time and hauled away our old camper. 1st class place to buy your next camper.

Very pleasant and helpful. Really liked how we were treated. Found a few issues and they were ready to fix them. Made sure we knew everything that we needed to know about the camper.

Very friendly and helpful. We have bought two new Shasta's from them and very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Service is also very knowledgeable and quick! Would highly recommend to everyone.
