We had our pipes freeze at the same time as a lot of other people. Our regular plumber told us we were #30 in line for frozen pipes and would be days before they could see us. They recommended we call ASAP Plumbing. ASAP were also booked up,  but sent Bill, their service manager over that same morning to make sure we were taken care of. Luckily, by the time he arrived, the pipes had started to thaw. Bill still took the time to assess the issue and discuss options.  When we decided to wait and see if the problem would sort itself out (it did after a few more hours)  he even refused to charge us a service call even though he'd made the trip. Excellent customer service and integrity!

I had a drain problem that was affecting my furnace. The operator conveyed the problem without allowing me to speak to the plumber. She then informed me "that's a furnace problem" and hung up abruptly. 

Regardless of the provenance of the problem, this was rude, awful service. In my experience, rude service in the front office is a reflection of the service that is performed on the job. I will not call again.

Had a defective shower handle and couldn't turn off my shower completely. Not only did the gentlemen quickly fix my problem but he also gave me advice on how to fix the issue myself before be came out in the hopes of my not incurring the cost of his services.  The service was quick, the plumber was friendly and courteous, and I now have a properly functioning shower again.  Will recommend to friends and neighbors...5 Stars!

I will never use this company - they came to my house did an inspection and I have insurance and they screw me with my insurance by saying that my water heater leaking was old. This water heater always had rust since I got the house. 

It was his opinion after all what counted so now I had to pay for it from my pocket. How can just one assume? without asking the client how did it happen? how long has it been? just came in my house and did his own evaluation. I also had to pay him to screw me over, what a great service but no thanks.

If you are looking for the "A Team", these guys are the answer! James came out and was courteous and very focused to determine the problem. He determined that our sewer line was damaged from the powerline. His Boss, Bill contracted out the plumbing service to Atlantic Green LLC and the job was done the next day. Thank you for the troubleshooting!!!
