Shawn and his partner arrived precisely at 7am (scheduled between 7 and 8) and had the garbage disposal replaced within 45 minutes, well before the time I had to leave the house for work. He walked me through the new features of the disposal and I am impressed with the quality of the replacement. My only complaint is that they left some dirty water pooling under the sink which had most likely come from the pipes when they took out the old disposal. It was easy enough to wipe up but it just wasn't something I expected to find after they finished. Even with the water they still deserve 5 stars because overall they were on time, fast and very professional. Would definitely do business with them again.

I have American Home Shield, they’re horrible! I reported a hot water heater failure to them 2 weeks ago. They booked a contractor, named United Temperature who’s just as horrible as they are. Finally after call and complaint, they sent over the Pipe Doctor. WOW! From diagnosis to repair, 3 days! Would’ve been shorter but parts had to be ordered. Very prompt, professional, courteous! Amazing company!

Very great service!!  Luis was so pleasant and felt like he was not only the plumber doctor but also a friend.  You can see the difference when someone really loves and knows what they are doing.
