My home warranty company sent C & P Plumbing out to fix some leaking pipes I was concerned with. Billy showed up on time, was very polite, helpful, wore shoe covers, and answered all my questions in a professional and intelligent way. He is obviously a great plumber with alot of knowledge, which he was kind enough to share with me. He even took the time to explain to me how the changes in temperature can effect your pipes and fittings. When I asked him why my bathtub faucet was so loose, he took it apart and showed me how there are two parts that needed tightening. I can't tell you how appreciative I am to Billy and C & P Plumbing for fixing my plumbing issues and teaching me things that will help me maintain my home for the rest of my life. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an honest, professional, and reliable plumber. I would also like to note that the two times I spoke with the receptionist, she was very nice and helpful in scheduling my appointment and I had no problems with her.

Lou came out originally for a home warranty service call. He was very nice and quick with his report. Since we were interested in tankless, Chris stopped by at a later time (free of charge). Both Chris and his fellow plumber were very courteous and very open & honest about all water heater possibilities. Thanks guys!! 😁

Quick response time, professional, and friendly. Appreciate their honesty when diagnosing our well pump and water pressure issues. Definitely would recommend and will call if other issues arise or for additional services .

[Professionalism] Mr. Billy, the plumber, is great. he was ahead of the schedule, checked everything , gave me good advice . This is one of the few best experience i had with a technician sent by American home shield. You sent some below average people before....Mr. Billy was a pleasure. Thank you Mr. Billy

The gentleman was on time, quickly fixed the problem and saved us from having to cut into the wall. He was here and done in ten minutes.  The longest process was us shutting off the main water line. Nice guy , we had an overall pleasant experience.  Thank you.
