We are very pleased with Ascend’s maintenance employee Jerry. He was the first maintenance worker we’ve had that has correctly fixed our swamp cooler in our rental unit. He genuinely cares about the comfort and well being of our family. He also assisted with fixing the bathroom sink leak which is now in great condition thanks to Jerry. He has answered every question thoroughly and we are pleased with his work. This guy does not do half ass work, he is a good guy that knows what he’s doing. Thanks Jerry!

Jerry Zaragoza was extremely friendly, professional and proficient. He replaced our kitchen light panel and fixed our master bathroom toilet quickly and efficiently. I appreciate his professionalism and the timely manner in which Ascend Property Management handled this issue. I   would recommend Ascend to anyone as they have exceeded our expectations so far since moving to Bakersfield in December. Thank you to Ashley for making everything so smooth and convenient!

I am very pleased with Ascend......my ENTIRE rental process has been easy and efficient.  From my first call to their office to the signing of my rental agreement, I’ve been nothing but EXTREMELY HAPPY!  Their office is clean and their staff is professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend William Crespo and his trainee Brett to do any maintenance you need through Ascend! They were both very friendly and very helpful throughout the process of installing a new dishwasher. They even cleaned out from where the old dishwasher was, which they didn't even have to do! They also dried up any water that had come out with an old towel I provided! Very professional and if I have any other maintenance issues, I will definitely be requesting William and Brett!!! Thank you guys!

Team has been great. We have loved the communication and responsiveness of the entire Ascend Team. Jerry the matineance guy had been awesome. Always on time, always courteous. He really sets this group apart from other rental management groups. Jerry will always go the extra mile to resolve any issues. Thank you.
