Bakersfield Property Solutions is a great company to work for. We can help you with a purchase or sale of a property as well as provide excellent property management services. We take care of your property as if it were our own - quick maintenance at the most affordable cost. We have been told that we find tenants faster than any other management company. We charge a set management fee with no additional cost to get the unit rented. We also do personal showings of the property, no key check out. Robert, Karen, Chrissy and I will take great care of you as an owner or a tenant.

I would highly recommend Bakersfield Property Solutions for managing your investment property. They are very courteous and they get things taken care of very well.

I highly recommend Robert and Bakersfield Property Solutions as both a real estate agent and a property manager. Robert helped me negotiate the purchase of a rental house  that has turned out to be a wonderful investment. He helped me negotiate a great price and then he found me a tenant that has stayed 10 years.

BPS is a fantastic place to work at! We all work together as a team to service our owners and tenants. If/when I ever own a rental property, I will DEFINITELY use them for management services.
