I absolutely love this place! The dental students are top notch, and the instructors double check everything. Plus the crown cost is HALF the price I found elsewhere!! Only drawback is time, they are not quick, since everything has to be re-evaluated by professionals. Expect each visit to be 3 hours. But it is fun to be part of their learning process. Well worth it! :D

So unprofessional. I called to rescheduled my appointment when you call no one will call you for a day. I have called 6 times and all they do is hangup on me. I'm a veteran with PTSD and memory loss and I forget things easy. But they don't care I asked if they can work with me and that's when they hangup. They started a root canal and didn't finished it. I have called around and talked to other dental place and they don't want to touch it. Now I have a mouth full of problems and they dump me to the curve and hangup on me. The other dental place told me to talk to attorney about the root canal. But I wanted to work with the place before I do that. Not the students fault the admin. Is the worst. The doctors and students are great. Admin and the phone system sucks. Stay away. Go somewhere that is a real place. Some place that answers the phone.

My son is a patient at ASDOH Orthodontic and the service has been great!  We first inquired with the school over a year ago and my son was not ready to start treatment at that time.  However, the school kept in contact with us and scheduled periodic appointments to measure my son's readiness for orthodontic treatment.  He finally started treatment in December 2013 and the results are already obvious!  My son and I are anxious to see the final results.  This is a great program for individuals like me who do not have insurance; plus, the staff is great!

Back in January I called to make an appointment for invisalign and the soonest they could get me in was March. So I went ahead and made the appointment. 2 weeks later I received a call saying they could get me in sooner but I declined because the time they had open wouldn't work for me. I wanted to keep my appointment in March. Today, Feb. 26th, I called to confirm my appt and asked if they could remind me of the time and day. They said I wasn't in the system at all. WHAT?! So now they made me an appt for April. So you are telling me because someone messed up my appt that I have to wait another month or so?! Horrible, not professional at all.
