I had a lot of work done this year unfortunately, but the staff here was so great for all of my visits. Kaitlyn at the front desk was always so nice and helpful as well as the rest of the group working the front.  Kris and everyone who worked on my teeth throughout my visits was great and always explained what they were doing.

My crown even came in early and Kaitlyn called me to see if I wanted to come in earlier.  Kris put the crown on quickly with no pain.

I have recommended my family to go to Western Dental and would recommend anyone else.

Had a few appointments here and it’s always a very great experience. They gave full time and effort to take care of my teeth. Thanks to Autumn and Dr. Devgun for taking care of me. Highly recommended especially to those people that are hesitant to go to dental clinics. Walk in, and they’ll take good care of you.

I have never had a female dentist in my entire life, however it was a great experience  and I must say that the staff there is great. I highly recommend going there for your dental care. I have found myself a Dentist that I am comfortable with to work on my SMILE...

I never write reviews but after my expierence on 12/29..i have to!
Kaitlyn,Miriam,Dr.Devgun,Dr.Olson,Monique & Kris are so awesome at what they do.

I came here because I was experiencing pain in my tooth & wanted a general check up. I wasn’t sure if I was going to be covered for insurance in 2018 & thought they were was no way I would be able to get scheduled before 2018. I called the 27th & and was booked for the 29th.

When I walked in I was greeted with a big smile by Kaitlyn & given paperwork. I was called back after waiting only a few minutes. I was taken into a room to do X-rays by Miriam. I hate X-rays but Miriam did an excellent & did a thorough but quick job. 

I was taken into another room where Dr.Devgun informed me that I had four cavities and explained to me why I was experiencing pain. She told me I would need to get my teeth cleaned & filled Kaitlyn came in and went over payment options for me. I was blown away by the rates..much more affordable than previous dentist office I have been to. She also let me know that an orthodontist ( Dr.Olson) would be able to talk to me about braces. She told me it would be possible to actually get them that day if I chose to. Dr. Olson came in and answered all my questions, was extremely informative & took a look at my teeth and gave me a run down of what to expect. I was nervous to make such a big decision on short notice but Kaitlyn & Dr. Olson had me convinced& I’m so happy they did! She went over again with me payment options and I can not believe the price I was given. If you are looking for braces..Come here!!

Miriam did my cleaning. She again did an fabulous  job. She was considerate to the pain I was feeling & made sure to not hurt that area. She talked & made the process very pleasant. After she did the cleaning Dr.Devgun & Kris performed my fillings. Numbing your mouth is no big deal but I am a baby and the minute I couldn’t feel my lips I became anxious. Kris was very calming and helped me not be scared. They did the shots so quickly I didn’t even have time to feel the pain. I really appreciate that they  talked me through it. 

I was then brought to the orthodontist section to have my braces put on. Monique was the one who did this & she is absolutely incredible at what she does! She applied them within an  hour. She talked the whole time & every step she did she explained why & what she was doing. She has such a great personality and while she was applying them told me a few things about her experience with braces. After she applied them, she went over the do’s and don’ts of braces. She really went into depth and made sure I walked out prepared to care for them. 
Checking out Kaitlyn once again went over the payment. She gave me the dates, showed me my total broke down & scheduled me for my next appointment. Kaitlyn helped me so much through out my day there.

I HIGHLY recommend coming to this location. I already have a few family member wanting to schedule here & I have had aclients ask where I went & I am telling each one to check it out. Thank you guys for everything!!

UPDATE :Apparently if you have auto pay you can not make payments over the phone for THAT month. Called to pay February bill .let them know i was paying for FEBRUARY...yet that payment was applied for my total bill for braces & then the bill for Feb. was also taken out?

I went in absolutely terrified of the dentist after having a really horrific experience once. I needed to upgrade my bonded front teeth to crowns and had a cavity, and was able to find an affordable plan working with the ladies up front. They were terrific. Dr. Devgun was kind, gentle, and explained everything thoroughly, and I had to go back for several long visits. Each time I was treated like a priority. I don't fear going to her at all. 
My only complaint is that it is freezing in the back. The AC has to be in the 60's. I had to bring a sweater! Even the staff complained at how cold they were all the time. Whoever is in charge, something little like that can make a pleasant experience into an unpleasant one. It is seriously, no joke, way too cold. Other than that, I have no complaints. The staff was terrific, from start to finish, every one of them. I will admit I was not expecting to find such stellar service at Western Dental. My mind has been changed.
