Poor Customer Service when scheduling. Any time I have to reschedule we get pushed Weeks out and they wont call you if an appointment opens up. They told me I have to call every day to see if something opens up. My doctors don't even do that.My My doctors office will call me if something opens. I had to reschedule our December appt and was pushed to February. Called in February, was put on hold and asked if I can be called back... they never called and on the day of I let them know i was waiting for them to call because we could not make it at that time and got pushed back another 6 weeks. I am no taking my next 2 children who need braces there..,they work with you on payments but seem to just be concerned with the $ or # and not the individual customer experience

Absolutely loved the care I received here! Staff was always very friendly, and Dr. Young was accommodating to my rushed schedule with my braces. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Great care and great prices.

Risas has such a great atmosphere, everyone is always so kind and friendly. The prices overall are great, but even better for braces compared to other offices. Dr. Young, the orthodontist, always puts patients first and always greets them with a smile, highly recommend coming here!

Didnt get much help. The Dr said no to a cleaning because they didnt schedule enough time for it (which is what I went for). So it was a waste of time. Absoultly saddening. Got way more help during their labor of love event and I wasnt even paying.
Update: They called and try to give excuses. Claiming they couldn't talk to the insurance company to see what was covered. However they had me come to the front to talk to the insurance company and the tech herself said cleanings are 100% covered.

I love this place! They’re very respectful, and caring. When you come in for your appointment you feel like family. Everyone is friendly especially the dental assistant Keyla she made sure everything was good, and asked me how I felt which I greatly appreciate.
