Always a pleasure to visit the Mentor Mall store. I'm not a big mall fan but Tiffany makes the visits enjoyable. Great personality and very professional in all aspects of my jewelry needs.

They told me the sizing of the ring would be done on Saturday. Saturday arrives the work had not even been started. The jeweler would not be back for 4 days and the would only say they would call when the work was finished. I will not return to Ashcroft and Oak for anything, I suggest using any of the other 5 jewelry stores at Great Lakes Mall. But not Ashcroft and Oak all they want is the money, not servicing the customers.

Dealing with them before purchasing the ring was great, but as soon as I got it, things started to fall apart. It is near impossible to get any sort of response from them. I went as far as to contact Michelle in the main office, who has ignored two emails from me. My engagement ring has been replaced, and the replacement hardly looks like the original ring. I would not recommend this company. The lack of customer service and care is ridiculous.

WOW! What an excellent store and staff. They were very understanding, and helpful in accommodating this Canadian in obtaining an engagement ring for his sweetheart. Assistant Manager Carlie (spelling?), was a very clear and concise communicator over the phone, and made it easy to set things up to solve the needs I had. Highly recommend this place.

Ashcroft and Oak was the only jeweler that shipped in a sample of the ring that I found online. Other jewelers would only bring it to the store if I was going to buy it for sure. I worked with Carlie and she was a true professional in making sure my ring arrived on time, within my budget, and to my satisfaction. She went above and beyond my expectations and treated me how she would want to be treated. I love my new ring!
