SCAM! 

I tried to sell 3 ounces of sliver here and they offered 25% of the value. They kept on assuring me I was wrong and being incredibly rude. Someone who doesn't know the value of silver would get completely ripped off! I wouldn't even buy from them knowing how they insult the customer base.

Customer service and the atmosphere at Howard's is great. Friendly, informative, and amazing deals. The store is always clean and the store is always dressed to perfection. Ask for Tammy Lang...i swear by my rep.

Went in beee a couple of weeks ago to try and get engagement rings, Tina was nice but the other two ladies in there were not and kept rolling their eyes throughout the entire time I was in the store. Never going back. Mayfield location is Better

My fiancée Andy and I have received the absolute greatest service and experiences at the Mentor Howard's. A little over a year ago, we came in looking for an engagement ring, and received the most patient, attentive, hospitable service from Tina and Linda. Their attentive care has continued through the course- I come in every few weeks for a cleaning and inspection and always receive smiles (hugs now!). Andy and I know we will always receive excellant service from these two lovelies- they have become like family to us, so much so that we are inviting them to our wedding! We value them so much and their amazing attitudes. Keep up the amazing work and quality!
