They are always willing to spend time with you and answer all your questions. We felt right at home from the first time we stepped foot in the office. The apartments are in a great shape and the people who live hear are all super nice. Its a fun place to be.

As far as location, this place is great. It is hidden away and has very nice surrounding neighborhoods. The grounds are kept up and the pool/gym were always very clean. The staff (Chris especially) was helpful upon move in and move out. Sandy, the manager, always emailed me back quickly when I needed to ask something. The apartment itself was very clean when moving in. I loved the layout of my bedroom with the sink area separate from the bathroom. My bedroom window was covered by a huge tree which was good for privacy but it made the room very dark and very cold. Closet is plenty big. I loved the paint color and the balcony. Overall, it was spacious. There were a few cons of living here but the biggest one was our heating. From December until move out (end of March), we woke up most mornings to our apartment at 57 degrees. We turned the heat on and it would just continuously pump out cold air. We had maintenance come out a few times and were told it was working fine. Our electric bill ended up being over $200 for a freezing cold apartment. Meanwhile, our neighbors with a new unit were sitting at $100 and a warm, 70 degrees, apartment. We were told to leave the emergency heat on, and then later told that the emergency heat should kick on automatically without needing to turn it on. We eventually got so tired of hearing the same thing over that we gave up. I was told that it's probably a heat pump system and that is why it's so awful because they are not efficient. This and the rent shooting up approximately $100 were the main reasons I decided not to renew my lease. The other minor cons were that my bath tub converter was stuck upon move in, so I had to use my roommates shower for a few days until maintenance could come in. They never actually fixed it, just yanked on it until it came unstuck, but it got stuck again and eventually I just fixed it myself. My toilet handle snapped. The bathroom door wouldn't close unless you held it. Just small annoyances. The downstairs neighbors constantly smoke weed and it made our entire apartment stink, and their dogs barked constantly anytime anyone walked by their door. One of the neighbors has a car with a too-sensitive alarm and anytime it rained, it would constantly beep, all things nothing the complex can be blamed for. So overall, besides the heat and annoying neighbors, this was an A OK place to live in the warmer months.

By far exceeded my expectations! This is the greatest apartment I have ever lived in; it is home for me. I am a college student, but I wanted a place that was more family oriented and quiet. I have met many families in the last few months; the sense of community is apparent! There are very few college students and the ones that do live here are very reserved and quiet. I was worried about the location at first, but once you learn your way around and all the different entrances to the complex the location is great. Everything you could ever need is less than 2 miles away. When you're in the leasing office you have their undivided attention which is great and so uncommon with most leasing offices. Kevin was amazing and super helpful with my somewhat complex situation. They worked with me every step of the way and did whatever they could to make the process easier. Maintenance is incredible. They provided me with a slide lock free of charge. They are always so helpful and kind as well. The amenities are unmatched. The pool is year round which is a must for me in Georgia. The gym is 24 hours with cameras, so I still feel safe with my late night workouts. Next to the leasing staff, the dog park is what truly sold me! The dog park is HUGE and it is divided up into 3 sections so if you don't want your dog with other dogs you can split them up. It is also fenced in by a pretty wooden fence with some wiring to keep dogs from being able to get through the openings in the fence. People are generally pretty good about picking up after their dogs as well. The renovated apartments are also BEAUTIFUL, but the non renovated that I am in is still pretty as well.

Right next to the Kennesaw Mountain visitors center. Walking distance to the new academy on Barrett. Upgraded interiors. Cool pool.

When I moved into my apt in 2016. The staff, has been awesome very attentive. Now my 2nd year here I have requested maintenance on 1 issue 4 times and still not taken care of. The Livingroom is extremely cold this winter since we don't have storm windows. The garbage container is backed up every other week. There is no consideration for the handicapped parking as anyone can park anywhere. My upstairs neighbor is so loud at 1 and 2 in the morning. This 2nd year has definitely helped in my decision to leave.
