I have lived here 5 plus years. Parking is an on going issue, landscaping well below par, people really don't pick up after their dogs, plenty of dogs in the subdivision with some questionable breeds, plenty of empty homes. There is a high turnover and I have seen good families leaving the subdivision. Horrible location for rush hour traffic. Plus side, walking trail, small play ground, swimming pool with a running water mushroom, still very clean, close to kennesaw mountain, close to publix, starbucks etc. Excellent choice for small families.

Resident called police said strange vehicle with a female on prescription meds driving.. first of all I was picking up my husband Carlos Blount from his mistress house needless to say the people who live here or their family and close friends.... WOULD MAKE IT HELL TI ENJOY LIVING IN A TRAILOR TRASH KIND OF OEOPLE LIVING ABOVE THEIR MEANS. SHAME ON YOU NRS AKS. HILL..
