The reviews are 100% spot on. The prices are ridiculous, the cars are old and the driver smelled like cigarettes. Do yourself a favor and stay away from David and Tommys taxi this place is highway robbery. The only reason why they even scored a 2 is the lady who dispatched the driver to me was nice. Warning download the ap and call a car it will be cheaper, new and won't sound like its about to break down.

Never use it!  They are worse than useless: they will take your reservation and will not come.  I tried twice and both times was forced to find an alternative transportation at the last moment.  Last time I reserved Ashland Taxi to go to Logan Express in Framingham at 5:30 PM (they said the price would be $30 for a 10 minutes/5 miles trip, I agreed), but I was waiting till 5:50 and the taxi still did not come, and they would not pick up the phone ("please leave a message"), so I asked a neighbor to give me a lift; otherwise I would be late for my flight.  Never never use them!!
