They are fine and cheap enough, unlike what other reviewers say. the problem is that in this area cabs are fixed fare. You also must call the night before for a morning ride, and still leave plenty of time as they get quite busy.

   I called ahead of time to have a cab meet me @ the Southboro CR stop for a 2.5 mile ride into Westboro. Upon arrival I was notified that the taxi  company had a flat rate of $20. I was astounded to say the least. The driver then stated that she had to drive 5 miles to pick me up. There should be some sort of law in effect that they need to notify fares of this. If I'd obviously knew this before hand I would of walked.

I called and they said they were not a taxi service. Number may have changed or business closed

Called 2 hours ahead of time to make sure that I could get a taxi that would get me to the Westborough train station on time. I emphasized how important it was that I get to the train station on time. Taxi arrived about 25 minutes later than planned, making it almost impossible for me to catch my train. The guy asks for payment immediately when I get in the cab, ignoring the fact that he was extremely late. He was probably thinking I wouldn't pay him when we got there or something. He then tries to make some more money off me by saying I should just pay him to take me to Boston for $120. Why would I spend that kind of money when the commuter rail costs $7.25? What a joke.

The guy is rude and a jerk! I was walking home after dropping off my truck for repair and realized I would probably not make the 6 miles so called this service for a ride while standing in front of westborough police station. Thought it was an easy place for a cab to find me. After I told him where I was the owner told te to "have a nice walk" and hung up on me. Thankfully the westborough police knew of a nicer cab service, sunshine cab.
