they let go one of the best drivers they had.. always on time talked to customer the whole ride.. knows the city very well.. and for what for something that all cab drivers do.. only difference is this person wouldnt buy fake urine like all the others do to pass the drug test.. this company is two face and dont care about anyone otherwise they would spend more money to do a blood test instead of urine knowing how easy it is to pass a urine test.. all cabs smell and are dirty dispatch can be rude as hell and cab drivers no better.. they should of never let one of the best drivers go over something stupid that every cab driver is guilty for... i say give them blood test to prove they clean and see how many pass.. not spending a penny more with this company i only was spending money because of this one driver who they let go over something so stupid

I called the cab yelloy and don't understand what the clerk spoke, then apologized and said he didn't really understand.She didn't even bother to repeat, simply said that I was supposed to learn to speak English when I needed a taxi and hung up the phone. This made me very sad! I am student of English, I'm from another country and I've never been maltrada so anyone here, this was the first time, and I really needed a taxi.Why I always use the Lift or Uber now, besides being cheaper, I've never been disrespected.I hope you have been able to understand me, even though I'm learning English.

First time use yellow cab app and it's perfect. 6:30am in northborough and was 6:30am ! And don't need to call just click.

Horrible service. Called up and ordered a cab. 45 minutes later, no show. Call back, and get hung up on. Uber for me from now on. Rude service, disgusting cabs, and they have the audacity to treat people who are trying to support them poorly.

I called a cab to pick up my daughter who my ex-husband wouldn’t pick up and gave them my card number and for some reason my card declined with plenty of money on it. I called green cab and my card went through fine so I will never call this place again. I wasted 10 minutes on the phone for nothing.
