Lisa was great to work with. I experienced a problem with one of my throw pillows being missing once I opened the box. She was able to research and reorder the replacement pillow for me without a hassle. I really appreciate her quick and professional attitude while assisting me.

I had the please of encountering Angie as my sales representative. Angie was nice, and professional. She went out of her way to show me various arrangements and was very helpful with my choice of selection. Although my indecisiveness lead me to make an exchange, Angie aid me in the process of exchanging nightstands with a superior customer service experience. I highly recommend seeing Angie in Morrow for you next furniture selection.

Angie Morgan is the best! She was super helpful in helping me make my final decision on my purchase. She didn't stop there she did everything she could to make sure I had my furniture before Christmas so I could enjoy my new home for the holidays.  She went above and beyond. The customer service from the floor to financing was excellent!

Kimyatta was super helpful and very patient with me and my shopping for living room furniture. Delivery was quick and seamless. Very nice guys moved my furniture in and made sure I was happy with it before leaving. Would shop there again.

My husband and I walked into the Morrow store looking for help with an online purchase that we had made. We had had such a BAD experience with the Ashley Furniture online customer service over our order that we didn't think that we would get any better service at the Morrow Showroom. WE WERE SO WRONG! I believe that it was the Office Manager that helped us and he went above and beyond to make things as right as possible. I can't thank him and his staff enough for being so kind and understanding of our frustration towards our experience with the online customer service center. Even though he couldn't help us return the items, he did help us purchase the correct items that we needed and he gave it to us at a discount. I can't thank him enough. I wish that I could remember his name... 😔
From the wonderful customer service at the Morrow Showroom all the way to the Ashley Furniture deliver guys... we give you guys 5 out of 5 stars. You guys were awesome. Thank you!!!!!!
