BEWARE SHOPPERS. i BOUGHT A FURNITURE FOR 5 BEDROOMS , LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN. PAID EXTRA FOR WARRANTY
I NOTICED CRACKS ON LEATHER SOFA AND WHEN I CALLED FOR CLAIM THEY SAID I SHOULD HAVE REPORTED EARLIER  NOT SAYING WHEN.
SALES MAN WHO SOLD IT NEVER SAID IT.

WILL DO ANYTHING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. NOT WORRIED ABOUT MONEY BUT HOW COULD YOU CHEAT ? YOU ARE A BIG AND RESPECTED COMPANY. 

I AM PURCHASING ANOTHER HOUSE AND WILL NEED FURNITURE AND THIS WAS A CONVENIENT AND GOOD STORE. FEEL BAD TO LET IT GO BUT THANK GOD I FOUND OUT BUT GUYS MAKE SURE WARRANTY SCAM BEFORE YOU GET SCREWED.

This store doesn't have a good selection, they should switch the furniture out faster. They have some of the same furniture for years, especially the living room sets

I would give zero Stars but ofcourse I had to put one. I don’t even know where to start with this particular company. They’re not rude their just clueless and if u need to speak with someone higher than a manager don’t count on it. They first delivered the wrong bed and scraped up the bedroom furniture while moving it into my room in the process scratched up a freshly painted wall. So I had to wait a week for them to send the right bed and order a new dresser . On top of the wait the new bed was put together poorly. Headboard not secured . Just for me calling so much and dealing with so much they offer a gift card which I go to pick up today and the stupid card only allows me to purchase from American signature . Which I don’t want a thing from them . Like I want them to pick up their stuff. They treat acceptance now customers like they don’t matter and don’t give call backs. Here I am today have to make a payment tomorrow , bed still not secure and dumb gift card only for there store no money for the damages to my house and f*** me basically .... screw them

I purchased a white leather sectional sofa from american signature. The couch was rarely sat on. I have no kids, pets, and rarely used the piece. The entire couch is peeling and cracking and the residue from the bonded leather is falling onto my carpet. It looks horrible.  l inquired about the couch at the Morrow, GA location 1 month ago October 2017; I was informed that this couch had a call back. However, American Signature was only compensating those customers who purchased within 5 years. I purchased my couch 9 years ago. My thought is if there is a call back on this couch due to the poor grade/grain of bonded leather , American Signature should honor the return on the couch or credit. I spent $1,000 on the couch additionally I spent money on other pieces.  It will not happen again!!  Customer Service and the quality of the furniture is not worth 1 star.

Furnished the living and dining with pieces from there. Very beautiful....not a fan of the "payment plan" though
