I had forgotten there was a Macy's in Southlake mall. The place was a total mess but I found wonderful clothes and a nice Christmas dress. The Lady working the cash register was very polite and helpful. She kept a smile on her face. Beatrice was a Christmas angel. Thank you .

Absolutely terrible service. Twice now! First my fiancé went in to register for our wedding and all of the associates ran from us and then we went to look at suits and the woman in the department was wearing a casual sweater and NO Macy’s identification (badge or anything) and was downright nasty and not helpful at all.

Down to 49.97. Then I used military I'd final cost 29.99 plus tax. Great deal !!!

I thoroughly enjoyed shopping at the BACKSTAGE discount area which allows you to save money and still purchase quality merchandise. Also, the sales staff at the Southlake Mall location were very courteous, friendly, and provided excellent customer service... Thank you.

I love my store. Great customer service. I love the fact that there is a outlet store inside called Macy's Backstage on the 1st floor. Great finds with awesome prices.
