Went in with my caveman husband, he is tall, hates 90% of all furniture. True to form, he went through the store grumbling on each piece. But the sales woman kept listening and working with us. Finally we thought nothing would fit for him, but he mentioned one that might have worked, back at the front of the store. Amy, the sales woman, walked us back to the front and it just so happened this was a floor model on clearance. We bought a high quality 6k set for about 2k, 8 foot sofa, love seat, accent chair, 3 tables, 2 lamps, and a rug. Omg! He was happy with the size and the price. And it was my birthday, so I was very happy to get a sleek new living room that was stunning. Amy was very kind and attentive and never once seemed to judge or get get impatient with my husband. I'm very impressed with Ashley and can't wait for delivery. Very happy so far!

Too bad Google doesn't allow ZERO stars! First set of furniture delivered with holes in both pieces. Had to wait 8 days for next set to be delivered. Was given a day for delivery when family came to visit. Told them my circumstances and asked for an earlier time. Was told I would hear back from them, never did. Delivery was WAY out of the 4 hour time frame so visiting family #1. Had no where to sit #2. Had to wait all day at our house because we couldn't leave while we waited for delivery. Ashley could have cared less. Not a single person I talked to talked to me like they cared. I HATE this company.

Do NOT buy Ashley brand furniture. They don't not honor their manufacturer warranty and use cheap materials. Naomi, the customer service representative, was very dismissive and rude when asked to setup a remedy for the damage to our furniture. We bought a dinette set for around $1000 and after the very first use the wood swelled and began to peel. What good is a dinette that cant survive a little water? They will not honor the manufacturer warranty. Don't waste your time

Joe was truly remarkable. He was professional & curtesy. He and Harry exceeded our expectations to make sure we were satisfied customers. We will highly recommend them to family & friends.

Great experience.....sales person, Sherri Booth, was so nice and professional. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The paperwork was done quickly and I will have a new recliner in a few weeks! Would definitely recommend Ashley HomeStore and Sherri to others.
