I'm giving only 1 star because of quality My recent purchase. I'm a repeat customer of RTG Outlet. I understand the furniture is not in perfect condition. However in October, I purchased a mattress set and they are supposed to be brand new. I can honestly say that after sleeping on that mattress for almost 5 months and... honestly... this is the worst mattress I've ever slept on. There is no support with the mattress and you can push it down in spots almost all the way. I usually am extremely happy with my purchases from there, but this time I am extremely disappointed.

This has been by far the worst experience EVER. I have shopped here before but never felt this discriminated or disrespected before. The salesperson was OK but the person who rang us and ran our credit should never call themselves a sales associate. This person, her name Janet, to be more exact should not be allowed to interact with clients as she has 0 customer service communication skills. I am in customer experience business myself and would never treat anyone that way. She referred to us " this is not the way we do it in this country". I have never felt more disrespected than the way this person treated us. Rooms to go should really take their time to access their employees and make sure they are appropriately trained to treat everyone the same and with respect. The reason I went through with my purchase is because I liked the product but for someone who has shopped there before, this will probably be the last time I do. If there was a possibility to rate a negative star, i would.

We was in Rooms to Go outlet today and the person I was with inquired about a living room set. The sales person Bonnie told her it was sold and dismissed her to to help another Caucasian couple that just walked through the door. Now this was not the first time Bonnie have done this. I reported the situation to the manger and I told him the sales person action was discriminatory. He told me not to play the race card and we need to be better then that. I should not accuse her of something so terrible. He went on to state that she actions was in poor choice. I told him that in fact his statement was not ture and the sequence of events absolutely happened. In fact the set was not sold it was just placed on the floor to be sold. Needless to say we walked out of the store.

GREAT DEALS. I bought a table for $188 that is $319 on line. Wonderful sales people. No pressure but very helpful. definitely will shop there again and recommend to others

Just came back from there. I went in with the intention of purchasing a new living room set , dining set. Walked around for at least 15 min . Not one person came up to me to ask me if I needed any help with anything. Could it be I was not dressed in my normal business suit and tie ? Had jeans and a sleeveless shirt on . Could be. Funny because having 8000 dollars in cash ready to make a purchase all depended on how I was dressed I guess. Off to Kanes I go.
