If I want to describe my experience with Ashley, I would simply say that it was fantastic. I was looking for a bedroom furniture. Jacob my amazing salesman helped me to get the one that I was looking for with a reasonable price. He is so smart and cooperative. He went beyond my expectations and gave me suggestions on how to arrange each piece in my room. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Jacob to anyone who is looking for buying furniture. Keep up the good work and I’m sure I’ll be back again.

My family and I came into the store looking to buy a new couch for our home. We were immediately greeted by Emily as soon as we walked in the store. She was very friendly and eager to help us find exactly what we were looking for that night. One of the first questions she asked our price range which we thought was awesome!! We are the type of family that will take the time to look around, but not for something over our budget. Emily walked us around the store throughout our visit. She was very patient and was able to answer every question we had. I am in customer service as well for over a decade now, and Emily was truly wonderful to work with. We really enjoyed our time in your store and was able to find a BEAUTIFUL new couch to add to our home. We definitely went home happy!! Our new wrap around will be in our home next week. Thank you so much Emily for being so sweet and keeping a smile on your face the entire time. Keep up the great work!!

Mike Susa did a great job of showing us a variety of living room sets in our budget. We bought a couch and love seat that look great in our home. We liked them so much that we later went back and purchased the matching recliner.

Our new recliner was an excellent addition to our family room. My son and I both enjoy relaxing in it every night! Mike was excellent to work with! He made sure that we found exactly what we wanted!

Thought I finally found what I was looking for. Was quickly delivered & as soon as the first piece was brought into my house I know it wasn’t going to fit. Called the store & the piece was put back on the truck & returned with no questions. Then the manager had the furniture taken off the bill & it was like I never purchased it. NO Hassles, NO Problem. Ashley’s wanted me to be happy & satisfied. I will continue looking at Ashley’s until I find something that will work for me.
