Chuck's Furniture was established in 1967 by Chucks Prutilpac as a small, family owned and operated furniture in Morgantown, WV. Forty years later, the store has expanded to over 100,000 square feet of quality home furnishings.

Story

Chuck's Furniture, established in 1967, started out as a small, family owned retail furniture store run out of a warehouse in Morgantown, WV. Now, over 40 years later, Chuck's has over 100,000 square feet of space, displaying some of the highest quality home furnishings found anywhere. Although we have grown and changed over the years our beliefs in quality, service and customer satisfaction have remained the same. Best furniture store around! Committed to quality pieces and helping you find just what you are looking for~ AND featuring furniture that is made in the USA and some of it in West Va!!! Beautiful, unique pieces, and classics too! You really need to stop and see for yourself~ LOVE shopping and browsing here! Special shout-out to Angela Miranov for her excellent customer service and dedication~ she truly goes above and beyond!!

I received AAA service from Chuck's . I was given a day and time span that my bed would be delivered..The delivery was here on time, removed my old bed, and the new one installed promptly. I highly recommend a power bed to everyone. The delivery people were very good and professional. I am really enjoying my new bed. Oh yes, the sales staff is also excellent.

Great help from the staff. Great selection of furniture Received delivery of a new recliner sofa and chair. The gentlemen who delivered used extreme care in handling our furniture . The were very kind. The sales lady ( Patsy Frisco) was very helpful in the purchase of our furniture. Great store to shop.

If I could give no stars I would... I have purchased two different items from Chuck's (not even sure why I bought the second there... shame on me), only to have poor experience both times. The first was a dining room table and chairs. Upon delivery the chairs were poorly constructed (three of them had two legs at least an inch shorter than the others) and had to be sent back. Then, I noticed the lacquer on the table was not wearing evenly - it was immediately dull in some sections and still shiny in others. When the "repair person" finally came out, they said they "didn't see anything" and proceeded to wipe on something that didn't do anything. To add insult to injury, they sent a follow-up flyer on "how to care for your wooden table". Unfortunately, we went back to Chuck's to purchase a mattress for my youngest (temporary insanity I suppose, and we were on that side of town)... not a bed frame or elaborate piece of furniture, just a mattress... a double size mattress. We were told it would take 4 - 6 weeks for it to arrive in the store, and that they would call us when it was ready to be delivered. Well... 8 weeks later, no phone call. When I finally reached out to them, they said, "oh, the sales person usually schedules the delivery upon purchase... mattresses usually arrive every week"... you have got to be kidding me right? Basically, they have such great customer service that they expect you to call them to get your purchase delivered, after spending large sums of money in their store. No thanks - I will take my business to Star Furniture. We purchased a special order sofa from Star, at the same time we purchased the mattress -it arrived three weeks ago... in perfect condition (as expected).
