Our Salesperson, Angel was extremely helpful.  She worked with us even though we (wife) made changes.  We went in with Financing already arranged, but it was not sufficient for what we wanted.  Angel had us on the phone with two creditors and they stepped up for us.  The furniture is beautiful, especially the bedroom set.  We decided to get the best we could and now that our furniture has been delivered, it was well worth it.  We were updated and notified all throughout the process.  The delivery guys were Outstanding.  We love our furniture and we love Ashley!

What a wonderful experience I had! I was visiting my family from out of town and had been looking for lamps. We stopped in to take a look around at Ashley Furniture in Bridgeport and Claudia asked to assist us. What a genuine, pleasant, and lovely person she  is. Not only did I find table lamps and a floor lamp at 30% off, but enjoyed my shopping experience so much that I would certainly come back there and shop again. If you happen to shop there, you should ask for Claudia. Not only is she sweet, nice, and a joy to work with, she was not pushy and managed to handle 3 difference customers at once, keeping all 3 happy and making the sales.

I had the best experience at Ashley HomeStore in Clarksburg, WV today. Caleb provided excellent customer service & answered all my questions. He was super friendly and went above & beyond to make sure I found what I was looking for. I love the new bedroom furniture I purchased for my son and can’t wait for it to be delivered! I will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

The staff was absolutely fabulous, they assisted us with everything we needed and gave us incredible discounts, The furniture We looked at was all very nice quality! The associate that took care of us was extremely relatable and down to earth warm and inviting, made you feel like family , she definitely looked out for our best interest. I would absolutely give more then 5 ++++ stars if I could ! And the store smelled wonderful!

Excellent presentation and knowledge of products.  Courteous and willing to find the answers.  Steve the manager was great to deal with and I left knowing that if I had a problem it would be taken care. All the things I look forward to in purchasing furniture. Thanks for the great experience and keep up the good work!
