Valerie was awesome to work with at the store and very accommodating to what we wanted. However, it took a little over a month to receive our love seat which we were told was on back order so no big deal. Well when the delivery drivers showed up they didn't have our couch, just the love seat and said the couch was on back order. Ok so we thought we were waiting so long due to the love seat. So we finally got a call for delivery on last Wednesday. Perfect! Then I got a call saying something happened with the truck I believe and it would be rescheduled for today. We haven't received any confirmation calls, text or emails like we did for the love seat so I called in and what do you know, it wasn't rescheduled for today!!! So now we have to wait yet another week for our couch that supposedly wasn't on back order or anything when we initially ordered it Jan 20th! This may not seem like much but when we have to take off work and lose out on money just to find out the left hand wasn't talking to the right hand to get this delivery on the schedule for today it is extremely frustrating. Not too sure we will be doing anymore business with Ashley in the future.

Excellent service and satisfy deal. The management and staff over there are excellent great working with people who can't make up their mind. Would recommend anybody

I purchased the aceiona 3 piece sectional on sale for $1400 and after a year of no missed payments, synchrony bank, the financial company who the financing is through, added $500 to the INITIAL price. After paying for a year they now say I owe $1900 dollars. I DO NOT recommend shopping here for furniture or using synchrony bank for any financing options. These two companies are a rip off.

We went to look for a mattress there and ended up also buying a headboard with all the set up. Our experience was wonderful, and I think we owe it to the salesman. His name is Tyler I think and he was just friendly, not pushy, informative and helpful. It felt like a casual visit while shopping. Delivery was also smooth. The only part I did not enjoy was the finance lady. I asked her the simple question of " are there any fees if we decide to pay off early?" and she said she didn't know, I would have to call the finance company. I think for something that they deal with on the regular, they would work on having some simple information for the clients. Otherwise, it was a very nice experience. We would probably buy from them again.

Great selection of furniture. I also appreciated how the sales team were not intrusive or pushy, as I only needed to look for some ideas for a new home that I will be closing on within the month. Highly recommend going in and taking a look.
