Purchased new sectional in August.  One month later, seat started to separate and back lost its form.  Contacted Waters with complaint.  Salesman came to house to see problem - two times.  Was told that repairs were ordered and would be taken care of.  It's been over three months and absolutely nothing has been done.  The store does not contact me to keep me informed.  Spoke with the manger once and the salesman a number of times.  Not happy with the sectional.  Not happy with the customer service provided.  Have now called to speak with the owner, will see if I get a call back there.

Bought a Flexsteel leather recliner. We saw the chair at another store but ended up ordering it from Waters because their price was so much lower.  All handled over the phone. Very nice people to deal with.

This is a great place unless there is a problem with your furniture.  They are not helpful at all.  I sent picture of of problems we were having with our sofa and their solution was to order a different fabric which we did.  We still had the exact same problem and they then acted like it was our fault.   I will not purchase from them again.
