Seriously cannot say enough great things about FFO. David was very patient and helpful with us. Made wonderful recommendations on furniture for us, matching existing rugs/decor. He also helped us on another occasion to find the perfect mattress. He setup same day delivery for us.  I also found out that my existing mattress protector would not work. I made a phone call to David and he was able to get one added to our order, and even made sure it was on the delivery truck that was about to leave the store. He really went above and beyond. The atmosphere at FFO is always great too. Seriously, check them out! Thanks again FFO and David.

Debbie did an amazing job helping my mom chose two recliners for her master bedroom.  The entire staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our shopping trip.  We will definitely be back.  Thank you!

I recently moved back to Missouri from ND.  I have always "gotten by." with hand me downs and garage sale furnishings.  I resolved that with this move and my retirement I would create a home for myself that is cozy and actually matches but was not sure if I had the money to do so.  I visited FFO in Columbia Mo. David Huffman, the sales associate, listened to my preferences, showed me several choices, and even helped me share pictures of the pieces I liked with a girlfriend in another state via phone to make final choices.  He did not oversell or rush me which I appreciated. Together we found a couch, a recliner and a dining room set that were stylish and within my budget. FFO offers a good mix of merchandise and price points -and the couch comes "with the legs on it"
