We have been shopping at Ashley Furniture for years and have always had great service. However, today we experienced the highest level of customer service from Jeff, the sales associate at the North Charleston store. Jeff was instrumental in helping us pick out specific items for each room of our new condo. He went above and beyond in helping us match colors, patterns, and designs. On several occasions he moved furniture to help us get a better idea of how pieces would look with each other and even moved some pieces to more favorable lighting. During the sales process he made us feel very comfortable, as if we were the only customers in the store, and it was evident that he actually cared!

My experience at Ashley Furniture (North Charleston, SC) was brilliant! What made it even better was the fact that I had a great sales associate who cared and tended to my every need. Chris was very nice and friendly. He made my search both easy and fun. He really took his time with me and was very patient. He walked me around the store, (which was a huge store with a huge selection), And helped me found exactly what I was looking for. Along with great pricing and great quality. With that being said, I was able to furnish 2 full rooms with his help. I will definitely be back to shop with Ashley Furniture and I recommend to Everyone. Thanks AF, and Thanks Chris!!

I recently went to the Ashley Furniture Home store about a week ago. I really had an AWESOME associate!!!!! Whitley was incredible. She took her time with me to explain the different products to me. Whatever questions that I asked her, she was very knowledgeable!!!! If she was not quite sure about something, she was able to ask any of co-workers. Whitley stayed with me through the whole process. When I asked her about the different mattresses, she asked what was it I was looking for in a mattress. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me several that would accommodate me. Then she took me to the one that was AWESOME. I did not want to leave the mattress there. I had an awesome experience with everyone that I came in contact with at this location. They all were helpful and the customer service was MARVELOUS!!!!!!!!!!! WHITLEY, THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE. CAN'T WAIT TO GET MY BEDROOM SET AND MATTRESS'!!!!!!!!

Realtor’s say “Location, Location, Location”, I say “Chris, Chris, Chris”. From the moment I walked into the North Charleston store, Chris T. was with me every step of the way. It took three visits for us to decide on what to purchase, but I must admit the final decision was based on what Chris remembered me saying the first day. Chris did NOT follow me around the store, he waited until I had a question and then asked me the “important” questions. He wanted to know what else was in the room I was furnishing, was the home open concept, what were my accent colors, what was my taste & style. I know by the end of our first meeting Chris had a very clear understand of who I am and what I was looking for. We finally decided on the pieces we wanted and purchased them on the third visit. As long a Chris T. remains at Ashley Home Store I will continue to shop there. The key to Chris’ outstanding service was his “Active Listening” skills.

My husband and I are purchasing a new home this week and we wanted to get some new living room furniture. We walked in and were greeted by Chris T. This was best furniture shopping experience we’ve ever had. He’s very knowledgeable and GREAT with numbers. We are buying our first home and on a budget as many are and he was able to get us a mattress that we thought we couldn’t afford full price on sale AND finance it at our target monthly payment. He’s got great listening skills and very good sense of taste. He is with his customers every step of the way and wants them happy! We have to come back the day close and he said he will have a house warming gift for us! Chris is amazing! I will always come to Ashley Homestore in North Charleston if I get to use Chris as my sales person!
