Mike and his team at Charleston Cabinets are truly the best. Very helpful and always willing to assist. Being in the remodeling business we don't always come across great companies but Charleston Cabinets is definitely one of those that anyone doing a kitchen remodel should work with. Charleston Cabinets are the best! I did a total kitchen remodel working with Nikki. Why would you go to a big box store when you can get amazing customer service locally?

Amazing experience working with Nikki. From the early planning stage to final project, things were done exactly how we wanted it. Great service and great to work with. We love our kitchen!

Selection of product in showroom was decent but is lacking in customer service and getting quotes back to customers. Told three different times when I should expect it back and still haven't received it. If they can't get a simple quote out I would be very concerned about ordering product personally. We will be looking elsewhere for our additional cabinet needs.
