I just got a new apartment and needed to furnish it. I walked in, explained my situation, and the manager immediately helped me find a bed, mattress, coffee table, two end tables, two lamps and a sofa for about $700 total! They were actually good, too! He also helped me get it delivered the same day I bought it. Could not be more pleased with my experience. Thanks guys!

Al was a had great customer service. What I liked the most about him was his honesty and willing to help. Would definitely recommend this place to others. Purchased a King bed set and will go back for more.

Never again will I purchase. No one here makes you feel valuable although you are choosing to spend money with them. I purchased a bedroom set from them and it was delivered outside of the window period THEY set up. Needless to say, I had to have my roommate stop what she was doing to come home and wait for them. Then, they didn't come with all my things and didn't say a word. A year later, I gave them a second try and purchased a washer and dryer. Needless to say, 3 weeks later and I still had no washer and dryer. That was the straw that broke my back. I no longer deal with this company or at least this location.

Went to Badcock about to wash machines had them delivered paid $100 to have one of them hooked up when they get there they tell me they don't remove the other washing machine to hook it up if you would have told me this to start with then I would have it removed and plus the washing machine had a big dent in it and a scratch on it this is why I'm not dealing with Badcock
