Delivery men were very unprofessional. However, we love the furniture, the price, and our salesman was great. He wasn't pushy and overbearing. He was patient, knowledgeable about all the products in the store, and we appreciated him very much. Back to the delivery.. Everything was on time, so that went great.... But the overwhelming smell of smoke that lingered in my apartment after they left... disgusting. I live on the third floor and I was lighthearted and joked with them while apologizing about all of the stairs but they lacked personality and complained the whole time. (You've never walked up two flights of stairs before? i'm 9 months pregnant and do it every single day) My neighbors heard them cussing from the time they got out of the truck and as they were walking up to my door I heard them as well. When I asked "How are you guys?" ignored. When I said "thanks guys i appreciate it" ignored. Our salesman did tell us that with the delivery fee, set up would be involved. Maybe that was his misunderstanding or the delivery guys being lazy. I had to move the furniture out of the middle of the floor, unwrap and unroll the rug, put the glass in our side tables and coffee table, unpack the two lamps and assemble them, and put the cushions on the couch. (Part of the set up was to take all remaining trash out so it didn't leave a mess, so obviously that wasn't done either considering i was the one who unpacked everything). I was unaware that they were supposed to actually set up until my husband came home and told me or I would have asked them POLITELY to help me before they left instead of just complaining about it. Needless to say my husband was mad that mother-to-be was left with a huge mess to put together and then clean up. But love Ashley and Mathis Brothers furniture. so that's why I give a 3/5 star rating.

Great customer service from Jeff Hadley and his boss...we moved and needed delivery ASAP and they came through. He even called before the cross country move to make sure we could coordinate delivery. Once Jeff knew my style, he directed me to the options and I didn’t have to wander around their enormous store in a daze! We’ve been back for more pieces since our first visit and Jeff continues to give us great service every time and answers all questions with enormous patience. They are our go to place from now on and I’d recommend Ashley (and Jeff!) to anyone!! Feels like we’ve made some new friends too! Lol

Brian helped my sister buy a complete bedroom suit and a mattress. Everyone from sales to check out were helpful and very nice. They all seemed happy to help and even the sales people buy the door seem genuinely friendly. Great store and selection!

I like the quality and price of ashley furniture. It's a heck of a lot better than rooms to go. They also offer in store financing through rent a center, plus they have their own credit program. Two things I don't like about the physical store is that it is very crowded, not a good place for people with disabilities. They also, are stocked full of high pressure sales people, who follow you around constantly reminding you of their current deals and financing option. If you can get past all of that, their furniture in my opinion is the best.

Jeff Hadley was our sales consultant, he was patient and helped us find what we were looking for. He gave us all the information for us to make our own decision with zero pressure , I will buy from him again. Great job and thank you !!!
