I had the best experience in Ashley Furniture. Thank you Zack for being patient and explained my question. I have made two purchase from Ashely, first was our living room furniture. Sales person (Zack) was great, delivery and setup made it easy. You will be a great asset for Ashley Furniture!!

Explore other options!! They sold me a Defective couch. I reported it,and they sent a technician out. He didn't have equipment to fix it so they scheduled another guy to come out! He came out and ruined the leather by over stuffing it with foam like fillers! I called and complained and they sent out the 3rd tech who immediately saw the issue and agreed that it had to be replaced! They took the couch and redelivered the exact same couch with less fillers and still not acceptable! All I got was an apology and finally they've offered to order me a new couch!!! I'm extremely disappointed,dissatisfied,and angry! I'll never spend another dime with Ashley and her lousy furniture!!!

After much searching, we found what we thought was the right furniture and the right price at Ashley. The sales rep listened to what we were interested and directed us to some good options. There was no pressure to buy. However, when the furniture began to fall apart, they were nowhere to be found. Even though we bought the extended warranty - not covered. Poor quality isn't covered, just accident. I should have let my dog attack the crappy stuff.

Love my furniture but hate the fact that I was promised a rushed order and spent over $3,000 and didn't see my stuff for 7 weeks. Unfortunate.

We had Zack and boy did we have fun ,He is a wonderful sells men . Got just want I as for and the smooth talker got me to buy two other items, hope it get delivered before 2 weeks we will see. Thanks Zack
