The manager (Jenny), was very helpful in getting an item replaced for us when the warranty company kept telling us no. I can say if she hadn't been so helpful and went out of her way to help, this review would be very didferent.

I stopped and picked out almost $4,000 dollars worth of furniture two weeks ago. I also referred a friend that spent $3,000. On Thursday I talked to Nick about getting the furniture delivered. He said it would be at my house between 1015 and 1045. It is now 1147. I called the store and they said that it was still at the store and it may be out this evening. Now I have family coming in and I have moved all my old furniture out. So someone please tell me how this is acceptable? The store employees did not hold up their end of the bargain and lost professionalism once they get your money. More to the story. They finally said from 5pm until 7. At 7 we called and they said maybe 8. I have zero confidence that they will arrive then.

We ordered a Cloud Sectional (Mahogany) within approximately 1 month the color started coming off, when we called the store Nick suggested we try switching the color to Walnut, he said they hadn't had any trouble with that color so we ordered the (Walnut) and within approximately 2 months the color started coming off again. When I called he said the store was getting a better quality sectional in made by a different company so we again ordered the new sectional. When it was delivered the sectional was not put together properly and when my family member, who just had surgery went to sit on it the armless chair flew forward and threw my family member to the floor. When I called Nick to tell him what had happened and asked that he send the delivery guys back to fix it because it was not safe to sit on he said he would not send them back that anyone could fix it. He was not concerned at all that my family member was thrown to the floor because it was not put together properly. I explained to him that I had already tried to attach them and was unable to get the pieces together, he said that it had already cost them to much money bringing furniture to our home. I told him it was not my fault they had to keep bringing furniture to my home and he accused me of using chemicals on it to clean it, which I did not! My husband then called and requested to speak with Nick's boss and was told he could not speak with or have his bosses name or number someone took our phone number and Nick was supposed to return the call and still has not. This has been the worst experience I have ever had buying furniture and the most unprofessional and rude customer service I have ever received.
