Super helpful and knowledgeable staff, good prices, and our delivery was when we were told it would be. Getting the protection plan was the best decision we could have made. Already used it twice and had great techs out to our house.

It's never consistent at Ashley Furniture. I've been here a few times and had great service, other times I've had salespeople randomly walk away from me or completely ignore me. Buying process is always easy to understand, and simple to navigate. Delivery was delayed over a month late. Quality of furniture is decent, and is mostly stylish and reasonably priced.

Ordered a bed that was supposed to be delivered in six weeks time. It finally showed up after over three months, and only because I called and hounded them so much. In all fairness, they did refund me a little money for the inconvenience.

Buyer Beware! I purchased a mattress this fall 2017 and it took over a month for delivery. They promised delivery two weeks at most. Make sure you read all fine print on documents you sign. Pay attention to restock fees and returns. The company makes you sign several documents covering return of items. Its like purchasing a new car. And do not make the mistake of passing off a call from the delivery company as an unwanted sales call, or they will not follow-up with you. I will add that when I spoke with the manager about the length of the delivery, she did match a change in price (The item went on sale during my wait for delivery).

Carmela was extremely friendly and helpful. I like how she gave us time to look around and was not overbearing. Some "other" stores attack you and feels like the Vultures are hunting!! Thank you for a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture! Carmela is fantastic! Heather And Jeff
