I have a couch that I bought 6+ years ago, it looks like new still, even after multiple moves. My husband and I went in this weekend to shop for a new love seat; we were greeted and helped by Jeff who was awesome! He was patient and up front about the cost as well as working with us to find ways to bring the cost down a bit. The estimated delivery time is long but that's because they make every piece to order in their American factory. We left with an estimate in hand. After shopping around at other stores we will be back to purchase the love seat soon as La-Z-Boy is worth the investment!

DONT WASTE YOUR $ HERE!!! Look at reviews giving 5 stars; all BS reviews probably by LB staff. First of all, the delivery took forever. Bought a couch & half chair from this place. Loved it for the 1st six months after it finally came. After that, we noticed significant wear with general use, started alternating the cushions around. A few more months later, and these sets became our living room eye-sore. Called LA Z Boy because we bought the insurance as we were told everything & anything would be covered. The material is worn out on all the seating, and back cushions and pillows hold no form at all. The manager said he'd replace the inserts only, but then only ordered replacements for some cushions & no pillows as it would cost them $. Never again would I buy from this overpriced & misleading scam business. I expect couches to last at least 5 years or so, not exceed their appeal in 6 months.... Could have had better quality for far less $ at Bob's Furniture which is also garbage.
