Pam the store manager at the Manchester NH location, is amazing! She has the best customer service out of any store manager I have ever dealt with. She went above and beyond to help with a problem I had and corrected the issue with with absolutely no hassle. She is so helpful and I am so thankful for her exceptional customer service. She truly cares about the customers and gives her absolute best to make them happy! Jenn is the sales associate I worked with to select a sectional and dining table set (which I absolutely love and I am super happy with). She is so helpful and super personable! I highly recommend her to help make your furniture shopping/purchasing go smooth and easy! She is very knowledgeable and made the whole experience really pleasant and fun! I am extremely happy with the whole process start to finish! I will definitely be back. Thank you so much again, Pam and Jenn!!!

Steve Morris has been super helpful and great every time he has helped me between 2014 and today. He’s honest, let’s you have space to decide on things and quick to respond plus he’s got a sense of humor which lightens the experience. The overall quality of the furniture is hit or miss I have not had good luck with beds but my tables and sofas have been great. I like their selection and I usually leave feeling like I got a good deal instead of paying twice as much as another furniture store.

Excellent service from sales person Richard T. We came in to buy a recliner and he was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The recliner we purchased nearly 2 years ago did not wear well and with the goof proof policy you made it so simple and convenient for us to have a replacement. We will recommend Bob's Furniture to everyone. Thank you!

I've never had a problem with bobs. Bought my first set November 2015. We moved a couple of times in that short time, on the 2nd move, we broke the love seat. Filed the claim with no issue. And they replaced it! We had teenagers in the house who broke the chair and filed the claim, and are in the process of picking out something new! Guardian and Bobs have been more than accommodating, plus I love our couch and love seat. I can't wait to pick out a new chair and ottoman! The feeling is that of a car dealership, but if you're a confident buyer, you'll have an amazing experience!

Ro was the best. He was very patient with me as we walked about the store. He asked me what o was looking for, color and style and always made helpful suggestions.. he never once lost patience with many when I changed my order several times. It was a great experience.
