Our experience with Ashley Furniture was fantastic from start to finish. We visited several furniture stores with comparable pricing and our decision to return to Ashley Furniture was because of our Sales Asscoiate Gabriela. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely interested in meeting our needs. We received text messages and phone calls and knew exactly when our furniture was being delivered. The men delivering the furniture were polite and quickly had the furniture set up. Next time we purchase furniture we will be returning to Ashley furniture off Palm Beach Lakes Blvd in West Palm Beach. Thank you Ashley Furniture.

Great experience at Ashley furniture in west palm beach. Dennis Johnson jr was my salesmen and did a great job helping us pick out everything we were looking for. He was also very patient and professional. I would recommend this store and Dennis to anyone looking for furniture at reasonable prices and great quality

Dennis was a great help. He was funny and easy going. He did not pressure us to make a purchase. I would recommend him to other friends. I bought a 60" stand for my 65" tv and it was a great experience after understanding the dimensions.

Friendly, no-pressure saleswoman (Sandra) made shopping easy. She was informed and eager to help. Delivery guys (Guy and Willie) were fast, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Follow-up on my purchase is a testament to their dedication to customer satisfaction.

I had the pleasure of working with Dennis, most friendly and helpful person in the store, he is very patient and did not get frustrated with my 101 questions. Although I had a bad experience recently with City Furniture, Dennis definitely turned it around for me. I'm a satisfied customer, Great job Dennis!
